IntegriCulture Reports Annual Profitability for FY2025

CORPORATE

Tokyo, Japan — Integriculture Inc., a cellular agriculture infrastructure company, announced today that it achieved profitability on a full-year basis for FY2025 (Oct.2024-Sept.2025), marking an important milestone in the company’s commercial growth.

Revenue for the year was evenly split between two core businesses: cellular agriculture products, primarily cosmetic ingredients, and cellular agriculture infrastructure.
In its product business, adoption of IntegriCulture’s cellular agriculture cosmetics ingredients continued to expand, with an increasing number of manufacturers introducing products utilizing cell-cultured ingredients.

Within its infrastructure business, the company made progress on multiple fronts across the value chain.

On the upstream side, a number of products researched and developed in the CulNet Consortium have reached the commercialization phase. This includes cell-cultured serum generator units (Desktop CulNet) and other input materials that were announced and showcased at AFTEA 2025 and ISCCM 2025.

On the downstream side, Integriculture reported steady progress in the ongoing CRO-based projects provided for corporate partners, alongside novel initiatives such as collaborative product development projects with sake breweries.

Integriculture plans to continue advancing the commercialization of cellular agriculture technologies.

Comment by Yuki Hanyu, the Founder/CEO
As a general rule, break even point has a significance in the so-called hype of most emerging technologies. I see cellular agriculture as no exception to that, and so does its inflection point. We will continue with the long journey through both scale-up and scale-out, leveraging on the sustained R&D ecosystem we have built.
